Collect and analyze post-programming data to support continuous improvement. As well as create and develop extremely high quality, effective and relevant well-being policies, programs, and initiatives, built for a hybrid, global environment, for both attorneys and staff. Evaluate existing well-being programs for effectiveness and relevance and adjusting as needed.The CWO will operate as a member of the Executive Team, reporting directly to the Managing Partner & COO, and will work closely with the Partner Chair of the Well-Being Committee, as well as the Well-Being Committee to craft strategic well-being initiatives that achieve significant and demonstrable benefits for the Firm’s global personnel. The CWO will develop a comprehensive program to promote the professional, mental, personal, physical and financial well-being of each member of Gibson Dunn, as well as successfully embed the well-being ethos into the larger Firm strategy. The CWO will spearhead the firm-wide culture of well-being by collaborating with the C-Suite, lawyers, and staff, globally.
